I graduated in 1991 at the Faculty of Law, Lund University. Since then I have been working at the University as well as a consultant, business lawyer and associate.
I give courses in typical business law related areas such as European Community Law, Intellectual Property Rights and General Business Law, Competition Law/Anti-trust Law and Public Procurement where the combination of business law and business economics is predominant.
I am the head lecturer on the courses in “European Internal Market Law " and “EU Competition Law” at the Faculty of Law.
I am in charge of the following courses:
In 2003, 2006 and 2008 I have team teached with Professor Anthony Polito on the course Comparative Corporations at the Summer Law Program in Lund.
I will function as Lund On-Site Director (LOSD) during the Summer Law Program in 2009.
My research project is in European Competition Law - Tying Down Innovation? - A Study on the Approach to Tying and Bundling under Article 82 EC
I was awarded the Lund University Student Association’s Pedagogical Prize in 2001 (nominated by the Social Science Student Association). In 2008 I was awarded the Law Students Association’s Pedagogical Prize.
I am an associate at the Law firm Persson & Partners - where I mostly work with clients in Public Procurement and Competition Law matters. I also give second opinions to other law firms in EC Law questions.
